Some people go to the gym to improve their physical wellbeing, and some go to work off the tension build-up from the hectic day at work. Whatever your reason, if you’re like us you’ve probably experienced at least one of these problems:

1. Trying a new class and finding that everyone in the class is well coordinated except for you of course. What have you been doing with your life?
