Hennops Hiking Trail (Magaliesburg)

Pretoria:

Wolwespruit MTB and Trail Park is a run, ride and hiking dream. The park’s specially created single track trails provide adrenaline-filled adventures for beginners to advanced skilled riders, runners and hikers. The trails make full use of the park’s topography and offer thrilling drops, jumps, and river crossings.

The Mother City:

Tygerberg Nature Reserve

This 388-hectare lush haven offers an easy escape to city life with spectacular views of the city, sea and mountain set against a backdrop of multiple species of flora and fauna. Well-marked hiking trails, including a wheel-chair friendly trail, wind their way throughout the reserve. Table Mountain and Robben Island are both visible and, in clear conditions, you’ll be able to see the False Bay coastline.

Durbs:

Krantzkloof Nature Reserve A mere 20-minute drive from Durban, Krantzkloof Nature reserve offers spectacular views across the forest gorge cut by the Molweni River. The reserve’s best-known attraction is the Kloof Falls which conveniently boats a picnic area perfect for taking photos. If that’s too busy you can also check out the Nkutu Falls while on your gorge or river walks.
