Often, we put exercise at the bottom of our to-do list. We get caught up in our daily lives and lose sight of how important being active really is. But the best way to get back on track is to simply start.

Being consistent with exercise and healthy habits yield the best results. Go to the gym, hit the road or opt for the salad even if you don’t feel like it. It’s all worth it in the long run.
Don’t stop believing
This may be the year where you run your first half marathon or lose that extra 10kg. Whatever your goal, set it and crush it. It keeps you motivated to know that you’re working towards something.
Shake it off
