The Multiply Adventure Challenge, in partnership with Warrior, is back for its second year! Are you ready to conquer the challenge and prove that you are as strong as you think you are? Registrations are already open and you can register here. Here are a few things to consider as you prepare for the big day.

1 week before the Multiply Adventure Challenge
Stick to what you know. This is not a time to try out new shoes or a new diet. Stick to the exercise regime that has been working for you throughout your preparation because your body might react differently to changes, leaving room for sickness before the big day.

Day before the Adventure Challenge
– Check the weather forecast and choose weather appropriate clothes.
– Finalise logistics. If you have not been to the venue before, preview the route on your GPS and make sure you have packed a charger for your phone so that you can access your GPS should you have to.
– Lay out your gear before bed so that you don’t spend too much time figuring that out in the morning. Don’t forget to charge your fitness tracking device!
– Sleep as long as you can, aim for no less than 8 hours of sleep so that you can be well-rested. But don’t sleep too early, because you might end up waking up too early and struggling to fall back asleep.

On the day of the Adventure Challenge
– Arrive early so that you have enough time to register without being under stress. Registrations open at 6:30.
– Hydrate before and after the challenge. It will help your body from overheating and keep you from dehydration.
