In your 20s

In your 30s

- Eye examination
- Screening for coronary heart disease in individuals with strong family history and/or risk factors

In your 40s

During your 50s

- Yearly electrocardiogram
- Eye and hearing examinations
- Screening for colon cancer
- Coronary heart disease screening if there is a strong family history/risk factors
