In your 20s

  3. Sexually transmitted diseases and HIV infection screening, depending on risk factors

In your 30s

  1. Annual health and fitness assessments
  2. Testicular cancer screening
  3. Eye examination
  4. Screening for coronary heart disease in individuals with strong family history and/or risk factors
  5. Sexually transmitted diseases and HIV infection screening, depending on risk factors

In your 40s

  1. Annual health and fitness assessments.
  2. Testicular cancer screening
  3. Eye examination
  4. Sexually transmitted diseases and HIV infection screening, depending on risk factors
  5. Coronary heart disease screening if there is a strong family history/risk factors
  6. Diabetes screening every 3 years over the age of 45
  7. Cholesterol testing every 5 years

During your 50s

  1. Annual health and fitness assessments
  2. Testicular cancer screening
  3. Cholesterol testing every 5 years
  4. Yearly electrocardiogram
  5. Eye and hearing examinations
  6. Screening for colon cancer
  7. Coronary heart disease screening if there is a strong family history/risk factors
